The Department of Community Development is in receipt of a building permit application
submitted for the demolition of a commercial structure. Prior to approval, revisions must be
made to demonstrate conformance with the zoning code. Please submit revised plans that
address the following concerns:
The site plan does not show accurate property line information. Please show the
property line between parcel numbers 212401-1-112-2005 and 212401-1-113-2004 or
provide information on the consolidation of the lots.
Until such information is received, the application will be placed on hold. Pursuant to BMC
20.02.090(c) necessary documentation and supplemental information must be submitted within
