• Payment is due within 30 days from the invoice date. A 1% discount may be applied if payment is made
within 10 days.
• We accept MasterCard and Visa. Credit card payments over $10,000 will incur an additional 2% fee
2. Tax: If you are tax-exempt, please provide a tax-exempt certificate with your order. Local taxes are not
included in pricing.
3. Warranty: We offer a 2-year warranty on all parts from the date of shipping. This warranty covers defects
in materials under normal use.
4. Limitation of Liability: Parking Logix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising from the use or inability to use our products and services.
