SUMMARY:The City of Bremertondesires to enteran interlocal agreement (ILA) with the Port of
Port Angeles for the sale of the fire departments 1991 Fire and Rescue Boat, a Northwind 32
Pilothouse Boat andTrailer.The total purchase price shall be $59,895.00
ATTACHMENTS:Interlocal Agreement with Port of Port Angeles
FISCAL IMPACTS(Include Budgeted Amount):The fiscal impact would be $55,000 of revenue.
This will help offset the grant match for the new marine asset.
STUDY SESSION ACTION:Consent Agenda General Business Public Hearing
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Interlocal Agreement forSale and Purchase of Surplus Emergency Fire and
Rescue Boatbetween City of Bremerton and Port of Port Angeles;and authorize the Fire Chief to
finalize and execute the agreementwith substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
