SUMMARY:During the January 14, 2026 Study Session, representatives from the Bremerton
Housing Authority raised several questions. Following discussion at the January 28, 2026 Study
Session, the Council will now consider the draft response to these questions. With their approval, the
Council Presidentwill send the attached letter to BHA on behalf of the Bremerton City Council.

Move toauthorize the Council President to send the attached letter to Bremerton Housing Authority
on behalf of the Bremerton City Council.
