SUMMARY:The proposed Contract Modification No. 8is for $7,627.44, which brings the total
contract amount to $264,238.13. The added scope of work includes engineering services for an
extended 5 months of work, engineering services during construction beyond the previous scope
(boat ramp extension), and irrigation designrevisions.These items have been added to the contract
by request of city staff.

FISCAL IMPACTS(Include Budgeted Amount):The change order is within the approved $1.6M
project budget. Fund 310 (Parks Capital; Budget Code 594.7659; Account Code 56510 (Approvedin
the 2025 Budget will be carried over to 2026)

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve Contract Modification No. 8with Parametrix, Inc;and authorize the Mayor to finalize
and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
