CONTRACT EXTENSION TO CONTRACT NO. 6570
Dear Brian:
The City is extending the completion date of the aforementioned contract. The City is
electing to extend this contract and modify your scope of work to perform an analysis of
the condition Digester 1 and develop an SOP for cleaning and disposal of the Digester
contents. The new contract end date is July 31, 2025. Kindly provide written
confirmation of your agreement to Angela Hoover at the following address;

completing tasks were caused by a modification in the scope to add an evaluation of
options and costs for cleaning a digester. The new contract end date is December 31,
2024. Kindly provide written confirmation of your agreement to Angela Hoover at the
