SUMMARY:The Kitsap Humane Society provides animal controlservices toregional municipalities,
including the City of Bremerton.The City of Bremerton and Kitsap Humane Society would like to
enter into a renewalof the current Animal Control Services Contract with a1-yeartermand an
increase to compensation by 3.2%.

STUDY SESSION ACTION:Consent Agenda General Business Public Hearing
RECOMMENDED MOTION:Move to approve the Animal Control Services Agreementbetween the
City of Bremerton and Kitsap Humane Society;andauthorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the
agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
