SUMMARY:The City of Bremerton and Kitsap County entered into an agreement for the
subsequently entered into
amended agreements through December 31, 2025. The 2026 daily rate has increased 5% to
$214.00, from the 2025 daily rate of $204.00, per calendar day for each incarcerated individual.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Interlocal Agreement with Kitsap County for Housing Incarcerated Individuals,
andauthorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and
conditions as presented.
