SUMMARY:
The Mayor is seeking confirmation for the appointment of DavidBrittinghamto the Parks and
Recreation Commissionto complete a current term that was vacated by Ken Riley in 2025.Mr.
Bellenger is a long-term resident of Bremerton and wants to serve the community beyond his current
role as a volunteer with the Bremerton Citizen Auxiliary Patrol. As a volunteer he has had several
opportunities to work within our parks and would like to connect that role with one as a commission
member.
