SUMMARY:
The Mayor is seeking confirmation for the appointment of Morgan Bellenger to the Parks and
Recreation Commissionto complete a current term that was vacated by Amy Waterman due to her
moving out of the city.Ms. Bellenger has been a resident of Bremerton for 6 years, is a Master
Gardner, and maintains a community garden plot at Blueberry Park.She has a variety of interests
within the park system, including improvements needed related to accessibility.
