SUMMARY:On December 30, 2024, The City of Bremerton entered into an interlocal agreement
with Bremerton Housing Authority for development of a hybrid low-barrier walk-up congregate and
pallet shelter serving unhoused community members.
Amendment No. 2 to the ILA with Bremerton Housing Authority for support of the Hybrid Homeless
Shelter expands the permissible uses of the ARPA funds to include, but not be limited to, allocation
to the Salvation Army in Bremerton for continued shelter operations at the Bremerton Corps
Community Center.
