SUMMARY:EWCC provided a presentation to the Bremerton City Council on December 10, 2025
on their work providing behavioral health services, transitional housing, and peer support services in
Kitsap County. Many of these services are in Bremerton and Citysupport for these services will
benefit Bremerton community members.
I propose the City investigate allocation of $200,000.00 from REET to EWCC in support of their
mission.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to direct the City Attorney to conduct due diligence and draft a funding agreement allocating
$200,000.00 to Eagles Wings Coordinated Carefor Council consideration at the earliest possible
opportunity.
COUNCIL ACTION: Approve Deny Table Continue No Action
