SUMMARY:The proposed Contract Modification No. 1is for $148,901.00, which brings the total
contract amount to $204,725.00.The added scope of work provides for further development of the
30% Schematic Design completed in April 2023 through to90% Construction Documents.

FISCAL IMPACTS(Include Budgeted Amount):This portion of the project is identified and funded
within the approved Parks Capital Budget.
STUDY SESSION ACTION:Consent Agenda General Business Public Hearing
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve Contract Modification No. 1with Bruce Dees & Associates, andauthorize the Mayor
to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
COUNCIL ACTION: Approve Deny Table Continue No Action
