l, being first duly sworn on oath, deposes and says: That I am now,
and at all times embraced in the publication herein mentioned was
the principal clerk of the printers and publishers of KITSAP SUN;
that said newspaper has been approved as a legal newspaper by
the order of the Superior Court of the County of Kitsap, in which
County it is published and is now and has been for more than 6
months prior to the date of the publication hereinafter referred to,

Washington, amending Ordinance No. 5503, which adopted
the Citt of Bremerton's Biennial Budget for the years 2025-
2026 Biennium to adopt a modified mid-biennium budget
and approving an ordinance summary for publica-tion.
PASSED by t6e City Council on the 3rd day of December
2025.
