This Agreement is entered into by and between the CITY OF BREMERTON and
the DEPARTMENT OF RETIREMENT SYSTEMS,
The Department of Retirement Systems and the City of Bremerton have
agreed that the City of Bremerton will be supplied a microfiche master
list of all participants in the systems administered by the Department of
Retirement Systems. The City of Bremerton agrees that this list will only
be used to determine whether its employees are properly covered in either
Plan I or Plan II of the appropriate system. The City of Bremerton agrees
not to supply this list to any other individual, corporation, or associa-
tion, however constituted, without the express written consent of the
Department of Retirement Systems. The City of Bremerton further agrees
not to use the list for any purpose other than that specified above.
