Council Members present were AnnaMockler, Michael Goodnow, JaneRebelowski, JeffCoughlin, Denise Frey, andJennifer Chamberlin. Legislative OfficeManager AnneWilliamsandLegislative Assistant ChristineGrenierwereavailable toprovidestaff support. President Younger establishedthatthepurposeoftoday BudgetWorkshopistoprovideCouncil Members anopportunityfortheFinance Department topresenttheProposed 2025-2026 Mid- Biennium BudgetUpdateandthatnoactionisanticipated; announcedthattheBudgetWorkshops areopenforthepublictoattendin-person orviewremotely andthatquestionsor commentsbythe publicmaybesubmitted byemailtoCity.Council@bremertonwa.gov. Andfinally, thatZoom recordings willalsobeavailableonline within afewdaysfollowingthemeeting. Financial & Administrative ServicesDirectorMikeRiley, Assistant Financial Services Director Lauren Ellington, andBudget AnalystMissyGaines were introducedto leadthediscussion; were available to respondto questionsfrom CouncilMembers; andclarified there willbeaPublic Hearingto receive publiccommenton Revenue Sourcesforthe2025 2026Mid-BienniumBudget thUpdateattheNovember19Council MeetingandthefinalPublicHearing toreceive public commentonthe2025 2026Mid-BienniumBudget Updatefollowed byactionattheDecember th17CouncilMeeting.
