SUMMARY:Gold Mountain Golf Course has budgeted funds within their Capital Budget for 2025 to
replace an on-coursepit toilet restroom. Bid information was distributed to companies throughout the
region and three bids were received back for the project. The low bid was from Green Flush, LLCin
the amount of $163,247.20, which falls within the funding allocated for the project.

Move to approve the purchase of a prefabricated restroom from Green Flush Technologies, LLC and
authorize the Mayorto finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and
conditions as presented.
