WHEREAS, theCityCouncildesirestoamendandreestablish theassessments, ratesd Utilities for general facilitycharges andwater, wastewater, stormwater, andother related servicesestablished inExhibitAofOrdinance No. 5501; NOWTHEREFORE THECITY COUNCILOFTHE CITYOFBREMERTON, WASHINGTON, DOESHEREBY ORDAIN ASFOLLOWS: SECTION 1. RateTablesestablished. Ratesandfeesfor services relatingtothe Department ofPublicWorksandUtilitiesforgeneralfacilities chargesandwater, wastewater, stormwater, andotherrelated services, as established inExhibitAofOrdinance No. 5501, are herebyamendedandreestablishedintheirentiretyassetforthintheattached ExhibitAofthis ordinance, saidexhibit isincorporatedherein bythisreference. SECTION 2. RateTables EffectiveDate. Theamendment and reestablishment ofratetables assetforthinSection 1aboveshallbeeffectiveJanuary 1, 2026. SECTION 3. Corrections. TheCityClerkandcodifiersofthisordinance areauthorized tomake necessarycorrections tothisordinance including, but notlimitedto, the correction of scrivener, clerical, typographical, andspellingerrors, references, ordinance numbering, section/subsection numbers andanyreferences thereto. SECTION 4. Severability. Ifany oneormoresections, subsections, or sentencesofthisordinance areheld tobeunconstitutional orinvalid, suchdecision shallnot affectthevalidity oftheremainingportion ofthis ordinance andthesameshallremaininfull forceandeffect. SECTION 5. Effective Date. Thisordinance shalltakeeffectand beinforceten 10) daysfromandafteritspassage, approval, andpublication asprovided bylaw.
