ThePolicyPlanincludedproposedfunding 2026-2030Consolidated Plan. Based onthosepriorities, the Project ReviewCommittee (PRC) hasdeveloped the2026CDBGfundingrecommendations(Exhibit A) forCouncilconsideration andapproval. ProposeduseforCity HOMEfundsaredetermined bythe KitsapCountyGrant ReviewCommitteeandarepresented toCouncil fortheirapprovalinExhibitB. Ifapproved, thesesubmissions willbesenttotheDepartmentofHousingandUrbanDevelopment IncompliancewiththeU.S. Departmentof Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations (24CFRPart 91), theCDBG ConsolidatedPlanis adopted andsubmitted everyfiveyears. TheCityofBremerton andKitsapCountyentitlement grant programs, consisting ofCDBG andHOME funds, implementthisplanasaconsortium. Thejointplan includesHousingComponentsdetailing useofHOMEfunds.TheCityhasastand-aloneplan ExhibitC)detailing itsuseofCDBGfundswhichwillbeincludedintheConsortium Plan.
