SUMMARY:This project utilizes the WSIPC Contract #22-05 for the installation of an Emergency
Mass Communication System at the Puget Sound Navy Museum. The system includes 26 paging
speakers, three (3) call stations, and two (2) auto-lock doors to enhance safety and emergency
response capabilities at the facility.
Total Project Cost:$118,419.00 (plus applicable Washington State Sales Tax).

FISCAL IMPACTS(Include Budgeted Amount):
This project is 100% funded by the U.S. Navy. The Navy has transferred the full amount of funds to
the City of Bremerton to cover all associated costs.
STUDY SESSION ACTION:Consent Agenda General Business Public Hearing
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to accept the Public Works Agreementwith Long Building Technologies, Inc. for the installation
of the Emergency Mass Communication System and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the
agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
COUNCIL ACTION: Approve Deny Table Continue No Action
