AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT is made between the City of Bremerton
hereinafter referred to as the City, and the Port of Bremerton
hereinafter referred to as the Port.
~'~EREAS water is supplied to Kitsap County Airport and
Olympia View Industrial Park tenants from the municipal water
supply system of the City of Bremerton, and
WHEREAS, the water supply is delivered to the tenants
by a water distribution system constructed by the Port of Bremerton,
and
WHEREAS, it has been the Port of Bremerton's intent to
recover the cost of installing, operating and maintaining the
water distribution system by establishing a water surcharge on
the City of Bremerton's water charges, and
WHEREAS, the waste water disposal system serving the
tenants of Olympic View Industrial Park and Kitsap County Airport
is owned by the Port of Bremerton and the Port of Bremerton is
responsible for the operation, maintenance and establishment of
fees for the use of the system~ and
WHEREAS the City, in consideration thereof, have agreed
to undertake certain commitments hereinafter referred to, and
WHEREAS, the Port~ in consideration thereof, has agreed
to undertake certain commitments hereinafter referred to,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY MUTUALLY AGREED:
1. That the City shall provide a service to the Port in
the collection of water surcharges and sewer service charges for
the Port pursuant to Resolution No. 78-10 of the Port dated Oct-
ober 10, 1978 incorporated herein and by this reference made a
part hereof, by using the automated billing system of the City.
2. That the Port shall pay to the City for the above-
described service, an initial charge of $35.00 for programming

the system and a bimonthly rate of $10.00 thereafter to be billed
to the Port on a bimonthly basis by the City.
3. That either party upon 60 days written notice to
the other party may adjust the rate structure as set forth above
or terminate this agreement.
