SUMMARY:Over the past 12 months, Lindsey has consistently exceeded expectations in her role
and taken initiative well beyond the standard scope of her position. She has demonstrated high-level
competency and leadership, earning my strong recommendation for an additional salary step
ATTACHMENTS:1) Memo to Mayor; 2) Management, Professional, Confidential & Fiduciary Salary
Plan; and 3) BMC 2.50.032.
FISCAL IMPACTS(Include Budgeted Amount): The impact is an additional $2,000 to the annual
salary/benefit costs for Management and Professional Band 4,Rate 2 to Rate 3, using the 2025
current payroll data.
