SUMMARY:The proposed Contract Modification No. 10is for $151,459.31, which brings the total
contract amount to $1,365,112.00. The added scope of work includes installing a trench drain in the
parking lot.
ATTACHMENTS:1)Exhibit A: Scope of Work; 2) Contract Change Order No. 10
FISCAL IMPACTS(Include Budgeted Amount):The change order is within the approved $1.6M
project budget.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve Contract Modification No. 10with Redside Construction LLC,andauthorize the
Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as
presented.
