SUMMARY:The Mayor is seeking an amendment to the term of reappointment for Victoria Hilt as a
Resident Board Commissioner to the Bremerton Housing Authority. This appointment would expire
on September 30, 2030. Bremerton Housing Authority changed its bylaws for Resident
Commissioner for term of office to 5-year term.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to amend amotion previously adopted regarding the reappointment of Victoria Hilt to the
Bremerton Housing Authority Board of Commissioners by striking out 'September 30, 2027' and
inserting 'September 30, 2030.'
