S. Cavoad is listed as the owner of the common area of the 400. The new landscaping at the 400 is being overrun by the weeds from the 510. Also, the garbage cans at 610 Washington need to be removed from the sidewalk between garbage pickup days. 6 on the sidewalk today; 3 without lids. Garbage cans must have tight-fitting lids to prevent scattering by critterc and wind. Upon request the garbage collector may provide a solid waste container larger than the standaxd garbage containerthat may be suitable for arfromated pick up. O) The lids on garbage containers shall not be removed, except rryhen necessary to place garbage and refuse in such cans or take the same therefrom. When garbage and refuse is placed therein or taken therefrom, such lid shall be securely replaced by the p€rson placing the same therein or taking the same therefrom. Such containers shall be kept in a sanitary condition with the outside thereof clean and free from accumulative grque and decomposing material. Each container shall be kept in a place easily accessible to the B garbage truck on collection day and shall be removed from the city right-of-way between collection days. The property owner and occupant is responsible for ensuring that the lids are properly secured on the containers and that said containers are removed from the right-of-way between collection days. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Remove garbage cans from right-of-way between pickup days. As the person responsible for this violatiorl you must complete the above described corrective action by September 22r2008,or aNotice of Civil Violation may be issued and you will be scheduled to appear before the City Hearing Examiner.
