Residents of 610 Washington Avenue have left garbage and
recycle bins on the sidewalk for weeks at a time. They are not
removing bins from the sidewalk following the collection date.
Currently there are two recycle bins and one garbage bin that
have been on the sidewalk since Monday, August 1. One of
those recycle bins has been on the sidewalk since July 11 (it
and another bin were put out on a non-recycle week, recycling
was collected the following week on July 18, one of the recycle
bins was removed from the sidewalk sometime thereafter, but
the other recycle bin was never removed and remained there
untilthe August 1 collection date)"
