1. In accordance with Section B.4, Future Rate Adjustments, the purpose of this planned modification is to incorporate rate adjustments for Contract
Line Items (CLIN's) 0001, 0002, 0003, and 0004 for rate period three (3) under the subject contract as further detailed herein.
This modification incorporates the City of Bremerton's methodology for adjustment of water and wastewater rates, provided 13 January 2025, under
Attachment J.2. Attachment J.2 dated 07 January 2025 supersedes and replaces previous Attachment J.2 which was incorporated at award of the
subject contract, and is applicable to CLINs 0001 and 0002, summarized as follows:
CLIN 0001 (Potable Water): $ 102,239/month and volumetric charge of $2.05/hundred cubic feet (hcf)
CLIN 0002 (Sewage Services): $121,938/month and volumetric charge of $5.22/hundred cubic feet (hcf)
This modification also incorporates the City of Bremerton's Ordinance 5501, effective 01 January 2025, under Attachment J.2. Attachment J.2
effective 01 January 2025 supersedes and replaces previous Attachment J.2 which was incorporated at award of the subject contract, and is applicable
to CLINs 0003 and 0004, summarized as follows:
CLIN 0003 (Water and SewerBldg 981): Water $35.74/month (2inch, within city limits) and volumetric charge of $2.56/hcf (NonResidential, Within
City Limits); Sewer: $61.17/month (Commercial I, Within City Limits), and $5.72/hcf (Commercial I, Within City Limits).
CLIN 0004 (Storm Water Service, Montgomery Ave): $6,415/month ($25.66/month * 250 ISU's (Commercial I within City Limits)
As a result of this modification, the aforementioned rates shall be in effect for the period of 01 January 2025 to 31 December 2025.
2. The contract completion date remains unchanged.
3. It is understood and agreed that this adjustment constitutes compensation in full for all costs, directly and indirectly attributable to the changes
ordered herein, for all delays related thereto, and for performance of the changes within the time frame stated. In addition, the Contractor hereby
releases the Government from any and all liability under this contract for further equitable adjustments attributable to such facts or circumstances
giving rise to the changes ordered herein.
4. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged as a result of this modification.
