SUMMARY:The proposed Contract Modification No. 7 is for $20,735.08, which brings the total
contract amount to $256,610.69. The added scope of work includes engineering services for an
extended 5 months of work, engineering services during construction beyond the previous scope,
redesign of the drainage system by boat launch, and irrigation design.

project budget.

Move to approve Contract Modification No. 7 with Parametrix, Inc,and authorize the Mayor to finalize
and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
