ORDINANCE NO. 5504
AN ORDINANCE granting Comcast Cable Communications Management, LLC., the right,
privilege, authority and franchise to construct, operate, maintain, reconstruct, repair and
upgrade the Cable System upon, over, under, along, across and through the Franchise Area
for the purpose of providing Cable Services, subject to the terms and conditions set forth
in this Ordinance and applicable law
