Good morning!
Attached is the final contract for our artists participating in the Pacific Avenue Banner
Project.
Please read the contract thoroughly. Print three (3) copies of the contract and sign
and date at the bottom right corner where indicated on all three copies. Mail the
signed contracts to me at the address listed on the contract; one original contract will
be returned to you once it has been recorded with our City Clerk. The contracts are
due in my office no later than Friday, August 14, 2009. If you have not already
provided it, a copy of your current state issued ID or a current utility bill showing your
physical address must be on file with the clerk before your contract can be processed.
Also, if you have not submitted your final image, you will need to provide it when you
return your signed contracts, making sure your image meets the printing requirements:
a cropped image 100 dpi or higher at 24" x 48", with no visible frame or glare,
and, if it has sculptural aspects, the image needs to be a"straight on" shot, eliminating
as much blank background as possible.. Keep in mind that dark blue printed bars will
cover approximately 6 inches of your work at the top and bottom.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns. I'm excited to be
moving forward with this project and showcasing our local artists in this amazing public
"gallery
