Work contract # 21801 for janitorial services is scheduled to expire on 08/05/2019. Under the automatic
extension option, we are extending work contract # 21801 for twelve (12) months, per city PSA # 5857, Section
II Term. The extension is subject to existing prices, terms, conditions and specifications, and will have a new
expiration date of 08/05/2020.
