Three supplement agreements havebeen executed: Supplement No. 1was inthe amount of $53,282.50foradditional designservices including water/sewer utilitydesignsupport, potholing, stormwater downstream impact analysis, utilitycoordination, andother engineering design supportservices. Theamendment alsoincreased thecontract timebyextending thetimethrough December 2021.Supplement No. 2wasin the amountof $156,631.65; theadditional designworkincludedright-of-wayacquisition services, formation ofsmallworks rostercontract forresidential electrical workrequired byPSEforoverhead electrical relocations, additional survey, anddesignofadditional watermain anddrainage improvements. SupplementNo. 3wasintheamount of $20,045.54andwas forsupport during the bidphase oftheproject. Theproposed Supplement No. 4increases thecontract valueby $88,795.97toanew totalof 852,758.24; thework includes construction engineering supportservices andextendsthe termof thecontract toDecember31,2023.
