Dear Mr.Perko,
Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement between the City of Bremerton and Common Street
Consulting, LLC to provide Homelessness Response and Property Management to the City of
Bremerton the City would like to extend the service term of this agreement. This letter serves to
document that the parties agree to a 7-day extension of the original agreement per Section 4.0 of
the agreement, making the new expiration date,January 20th, 2024.
