Haddon Park Archaeological Monitoring Permit Applica5on
This scope amendment is for the prepara1on of an archaeological monitoring permit for the project
ac1vi1es planned to intersect archaeological site 45KP348, Haddon Park Landfill. This work is being
required by DAHP and is in addi1on to CRC’s currently approved scope of work.
Task:
• Archaeological Monitoring Permit Applica1on: CRC will prepare a DAHP archaeological
monitoring permit applica1on for the proposed work in site 45KP348. CRC will submit the
permit applica1on to DAHP for their review and consulta1on with Tribes. This task includes edits
in response to one consolidated round of comments by DAHP and consul1ng par1es.
Cost: $2,410
Project Schedule:
CRC will complete the monitoring permit applica1on within one month following wriSen no1ce to
proceed.
