Thisproposed Amendment No. 1 increases thecontractvalue by $149,225.42for atotalof $404,660.80andisforadditional alternatives analyses andpublicinvolvementwork. Theworkincludes evaluation offiveadditional designalternatives, structural analysesforthreealternatives, environmental impacts andpermitting research, oneadditional stakeholder meeting,andrevisions tothepublic andstakeholder involvement approachrequiring additional effort.There isatime extension ofthecontract termthru February of2023.
