CONTRACT EXTENSION TO CONTRACT NO. 6004
Dear Nathan:
The City is extending the completion date of the aforementioned contract. Delays in
completing tasks were caused by several months of delay associated with procuring the
emergency power generation equipment. The new contract end date is November 30,
2024. Kindly provide written confirmation of your agreement to Angela Hoover at the
following address;
