Description: Contract Modification Agreement No. 2 amends the Professional Services Agreement
with Consor (formerly known as Murraysmith) for engineering services associated with the
Pump Station 14 Relocation project. This amendment extends the completion date to
September 30, 2024 without altering the scope and compensation.
Fiscal Impact: There is no adjustment in compensation. The project is included in the Water CIP.
Action Requested: Review and signature, return to Noreen Bolo.
