Re: Notice to Proceed
Dear Seth:
The City issued the Limited Notice to Proceed for the pre-construction phase of the
project on November 17, 2022. This phase lasted 90 calendar days. We are now
issuing the Notice to Proceed for the remainder of the project, which allows you
to perform construction activities at the site. The effective date for this notice is
February 14, 2023. The contract time is 450 calendar days for this phase, therefore,
the current Substantial Completion Date is May 9, 2024. Please send invoices
