part hereof as frilly for all purposes as if here set forth at length. This bond shall cover all approved
change orders as if they were in the original contract. Similarly, the bond shall cover payment of all
taxes incurred on said contract under title 50 and 51 Revised Code of Washington (RCW) and all taxes
imposed on the Principle under Title 82 RCW.
NOW, THEREFORE, if the Principal herein shall faithfully and truly observe and comply with the
terms, conditions, and provisions of said contract in all respects and shall well and truly and fully do and
perform all matters and things by them undertaken to be performed under said contract, upon the terms
proposed therein, and within the time prescribed therein, and until the same is accepted, and shall pay all
laborers, mechanics, subcontractors, and material men, and all persons who shall supply such contractor
or subcontractor with provisions and supplies for the carrying on of such work, and shall pay all taxes
pursuant to Title 50, and 51, and 82 RCW, and shall in all respects, faithfidly perform said contract
according to law, then this obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in full force and effect.

(hereinafter called Principal), and Liberty Mutual insurance Company a corporation
organized and doing business under and by virtue of the laws of the state of Massachusetts ,
and duly licensed for the purpose of making, guaranteeing or becoming sole surety upon bonds
or undertakings required and authorized by the State of Washington, (hereinafter called Surety),
as Surety, are held firmly bound unto City of Bremerton _ , (hereinafter

priority as apply to the retainage percentage released, or to be released,

the obligee for all loss, cost or damages which the obligee may sustain by reason of payment of
retained percentage to the principal then this obligation shall be null and void unless otherwise to
remain in full force and effect.
