Description: Execute Change Order No. 1 with Active Construction, Inc. for the Kitsap Way
Culvert Replacement project. An increased amount of $9,910 was added due to the upsizing
the catch basins from Type 1’s to 48” Type 2’s to accommodate the upcoming Ostrich Bay
Creek Stormwater Retrofit project and the additional flows that will be placed into the ditch.
Fiscal Impact: This project is included in the 2021 Wastewater Capital Budget.
Action Requested: Review and signature and e-mail back to Noreen Bolo. This contract is being
routed electronically only.
