Executive Correspondence Routing Memo

Description: Execute Change Order No. 1 with Active Construction, Inc. for the Oyster Bay Beach
Sewer Upgrades project. This change order will increase the contract amount by $187,317.59. The work
includes the addition of roadway, excavation and grinding along Shorewood Drive, additional
sawcutting, and two additional grinder pumps systems.
Fiscal Impact: This project is included in the 2022 Wastewater Capital Budget. This change order may be
administratively approved by the Mayor per BMC 2.76.110 and does not require City Council approval.
Action Requested: Review and signature and e-mail back to Noreen Bolo. This contract is being routed
electronically only.
