sponsors must submit this "Annual Certification of Compliance with Applicable Federal Laws& Regulations"

State TIPs sponsored by an individual agency. In addition, as of 2004, Regional TIP application forms ask
sponsors to further certify compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations for the
specific project in question. For questions, please contact Miles Stepleton at mstepletont psrc.org.
