SUMMARY:The Work includes but is not limited to replacement of approximately 137 LF of 8-inch
gravity sewer pipeline in Sheridan Road.
Requests for bids were sent to contractors selected from the Municipal Research and Services
Center (MRSC) Small Works Roster. 7bids were received. Bids were opened on June 12, 2025. The
lowest responsive, responsible bidder was Flowline,LLC who submitted a bid in the amount of
$156,252.47, whichincludes$200,000.00.

FISCAL IMPACTS(Include Budgeted Amount):
The work is fully funded in the 2025 Wastewater Capital Budget.
STUDY SESSION ACTION:Consent Agenda General Business Public Hearing
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Public Works Agreement with Flowline, LLCfor the Sheridan Road Sewer
Replacement Projectin the amount of $156,252.47;and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute
the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
