SUMMARY: The Fire Department is requesting to enter into an agreement with Central Kitsap Fire
and Rescue to provide fuel for them during the construction of their fire station.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Interlocal Agreement with Central Kitsap Fire & Rescue and authorize the
mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as
presented.
