WHEREAS, afterpropernotice, the CityCouncil of theCityof Bremerton helda publichearingattheregular meetingoftheCity Councilat5:00p.m. onJune18, 2025, to 6 2031SixYear Transportation Improvement Program and, having considered public testimonytotheProgramandin accordance with theprovisions ofRCW 35.77.010; NOWTHEREFORE, THECITY COUNCILOFTHE CITYOFBREMERTON, WASHINGTON, DOESHEREBY RESOLVEASFOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The2026through2031SixYearTransportation Improvement andherewithfiledwiththeCity Clerk, is herebyadopted. SECTION 2. Severability. Ifany oneormoresections, subsections, or sentencesofthis Resolutionareheld tobe unconstitutional or invalid, suchdecision shallnot affectthevalidity oftheremaining portion ofthisResolution andthe sameshallremain infull forceandeffect.
