Hello Kristina,
As 2023 is coming to a close, we have been looking at the costs of providing the services to our customers and making adjustments, as needed.
We don't take pricing changes lightly, but believe we provide excellent value to our customers, even with these changes.
There are two changes needed.
The Items & Exceptions Processed fee will be increasing to $0.20, up from $0.18.
We have also completed an analysis of the time and costs involved in collecting payment mail at the USPS and bringing it to our offices. We do this twice daily to get all the payments
USPS staff place into the boxes for our customers. This will be a new line item called PO Box Courier at $50 per month.
We plan on making this change in February 2024, when we invoice for the January work.
