BID PROPOSAL TERMS:
• Upon acceptance by signature belowand/or final contract forthe project,the terms of this bid proposal,including scope of work shall be incorporated and attached to all agreements.
• My contrary provisionsto any contract are not permitted.
• This bid proposal includes a one(1)year varkmanship warranty and does not include normal wear and tear.
• This bid proposal is based on one(1)m obilization. If additional mobilizations are required due to scheduling conflicts out of Stripe Rite's control,a mobilization fee of$950 vull be charged.
• Excludes:All overtime,permits,traffic control,preliminary layout,referencing,removal of temp.tape and core drilling. Also,recessing and grooving in
CalPortland concrete surfaces,rumble striping,sweeping,hauling,dump fees,sales tax and any other item(s)not specifically mentioned in this proposal.
• Scheduled work may be canceled by unfavorable weather. Stripe Rite,Inc.shall solely determine unfavorable weather conditions,as Stripe Rite,Inc.bearsthe responsibility for installation.
• Stripe Rite,Inc.shall not bear any financial responsibility for delays caused by strikes,weather conditions,delay in obtaining m aterials or other causes beyond its control.
• Paym ent term s are as follows:Within 30 days of receipt of invoice. All past due invoices shall bear interest at 18%per annum until paid or the maximum rate alloyed by law.
