for the 2025Sewer Rehabilitation Project

SUMMARY:The project will rehabilitateapproximately6545lineal feet of sanitary sewer and 1632
linealfeet of storm sewer using the cure-in-place-pipe (CIPP) method. The project also includes
approximately 5422linealfeet of cleaning and video inspection of additional pipe in support of future
lining projects. The pipes range in size from 8-inch to 21-inchdiameter.
Threebidswere submitted, which were opened on March 26, 2025. The lowest responsive,
responsible bid wasInsituformTechnologies, LLCwho submitted a bid in the amount of $771,557.97
including sales tax.
InsituformTechnologies, LLChas worked with the city on past projects, including 2023 Sewer
Rehabilitation. Based on past projects, staff believes InsituformTechnologies, LLCcan successfully
complete this work.

FISCAL IMPACTS(Include Budgeted Amount): The budget amount in the 2025Wastewater
Capital Budget and Stormwater Capital Budget for this project is $900,000 and $250,000
respectively.
STUDY SESSION ACTION:Consent Agenda General Business Public Hearing
RECOMMENDED MOTION:Move to award the contract for the 2025Sewer Rehabilitation project to
InsituformTechnologies, LLC in the amount of $771,557.97, including sales tax, and authorize the
Mayor to finalize andexecute the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as
presented.
