SUMMARY:The original contract with Parametrix, Inc. was executed on 10/19/20 for $113,889.
Contract Modification No. 6 ($12,644.40) includes additional hours required during Engineering
Services During Construction .

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Funding for this project was approved by City
Council on 7/3/24. No budget adjustment is required for Contract Modification No. 6.
STUDY SESSION ACTION:Consent Agenda General Business Public Hearing
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve Contract Modification No. 6 with Parametrix, Inc. for Engineering Services During
Construction for the Kitsap Lake Park Renovation Project; and authorize the Mayor to finalize and
execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
