SUMMARY: The current lease on the STC Five LLC-owned tower at Anderson Creek with
SprintlNextel expired in April of 2008. This lease has been running on a month-to-month basis.
Reason for the delay was change in site management. The current manager of the site, Crown
Castle for STC Five LLC, has submitted a new lease for a five year period with options for five
additional five year periods. Annual CPI is included in the lease. The lease up for approval will pay
the City $695.97 per month along with 100% of any co-locates. Current payment is $618.72 per
month.
ATTACHMENTS: Proposed Lease
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Increase in annual revenues of $927.00.
